Dana Whitfield
COO
A deadline engine is easy. An organization that never misses its own deadlines is the hard part.
Dana spent six years managing litigation support and operations at a national firm: dockets, staffing, vendor contracts, and the quiet machinery that keeps two hundred matters from colliding. Before that, a JD and two years of practice that taught her she preferred building the firm to billing in it.
At LITIGATER she owns the operating cadence: hiring, onboarding, security reviews, and the procurement gauntlet that firm buyers rightly put us through. If you've received our DPA inside a day, that was her system working.
Her standing rule is that LITIGATER never sells what it can't already survive an audit on. That rule has cost us exactly the deals we didn't want.
