Marcus Hale
CEO & Co-Founder
Every tool tells you what you have. I wanted the one that tells you what you can prove.
Marcus tried cases for fourteen years: first insurance defense, then a decade on the plaintiff side, first chair in more than forty jury trials. The record will show he lost the case that mattered most, a products case where the impeaching statement sat in a transcript nobody had time to re-read.
He founded LITIGATER on the theory that the problem was never talent or effort. It was that no tool held the whole record against itself, every element and every statement and every gap, the way a fifth-year associate with a photographic memory would, if such a person existed.
He still keeps his bar license active, and he still reads deposition transcripts for fun, which the rest of the company has learned not to question.
